Valamon is the scientific specialist of the explorers and one of Akelonu’s most dedicated botanical researchers. Rare plants, unusual ecosystems, and unfamiliar environmental patterns are studied with extraordinary focus, often resulting in pages of careful observations long before the rest of the expedition has even unpacked supplies. Highly analytical and intensely detail-oriented, Valamon approaches exploration through evidence, classification, and experimentation. Even outside the field of botany, important discoveries are meticulously documented and shared with the appropriate experts across Akelonu. An unusual geological structure, for example, would almost certainly result in a detailed report being delivered directly to Epilee for further investigation. Valamon initially struggled to tolerate Orishon’s endless energy and impulsive behaviour, viewing the new addition to the team as unnecessarily chaotic and distracting. However, after Orishon’s scouting instincts led the explorers toward a remarkable plant discovery with major scientific and technological applications, Valamon gained lasting respect for the unusual methods behind the chaos. Despite occasionally appearing serious or overly absorbed in research, Valamon’s work has contributed enormously to the growing scientific understanding of Akelonu and the world beyond it. 

When not out on an expedition, Valamon can often be found at the Museum, arranging new exhibits or updating existing ones with newly gathered information. Precise, intelligent, and relentlessly curious, Valamon represents disciplined discovery and the pursuit of knowledge through careful observation.
