Moarr is the enforcer of the “Will of Damazan,” responsible for ensuring the laws, duties, and expectations of the Temple are upheld throughout the underwater community. Disciplined, dependable, and deeply loyal to tradition, Moarr approaches the role with seriousness and unwavering commitment. Moarr’s loyalty is not tied personally to Shizayus, but to the ancient code and structure of Damazanism itself. Rules exist to protect the community, maintain order, and preserve stability, and for many years Moarr carried out those responsibilities without hesitation. However, as Shizayus slowly reshapes the religion toward more self-serving purposes, Moarr has begun experiencing growing internal conflict. Actions once believed to serve the good of the community no longer always feel morally clear, yet abandoning duty entirely would mean betraying the very traditions Moarr has spent a lifetime protecting. This conflict remains mostly hidden beneath Moarr’s calm and disciplined exterior, though moments of hesitation and quiet doubt have slowly begun appearing more frequently. Steady, honourable, and increasingly conflicted, Moarr represents the struggle between loyalty to authority and loyalty to what is truly right.
